Please read before using any of our services.These terms are intended to ensure a safe enviroment for our clients, staff and vistors.

Collection of Information
No infomation is passed to third parties and all information recieved on any of our services this includes Android Apps, West Star Network and Host2cast is kept strictly confidential.
Information collected on either West Star Network, Host2cast or Android apps is for the client looking to buy or lease any product or service.
  • Host2cast or west Star network do not sale any form of licence for you to stream or broadcast copyrighted material you will need to purchase licence through the proper channels. The licence such as PPL is the sole responsability of the client
  • Information about a client is deleted from our systems instantly after canceling a subscription.The only data left is history of purchase this information is intended for tax purposes only.
No-Spam Policy
Host2cast and West Star Network opperate a no spam policy this means no urls within chat room, emails or support with out prior permission.
Android Apps
  • Android Apps are create by clients request and are used as an aid to there respected internet radio stations. no personnel data is stored on any of the apps created.
  • android apps are created with android studio a test link will be given to client before Google play submission.
  • Android Apps do contain adverts these are tailored for the client and can be switched off if reqeusted.
  • All android apps are designed so that children can use them. so they can listen to your stream, without using chatroom.
  • Android Apps are kept strictly within the rules and regulations of Google play
  • All android apps are designed so that they can be used on any device apart from IOS services.
Shoutcast Hosting policy
  • All shoutcast and icecast servers are on the Centova platform.
  • Client holds responsabilty for there shoutcast server
  • Should a server break down the client needs to submit a ticket so that the problem can be recterfied as soon as possible
  • should a server totally break and cannot be repaired then client will have a replacement server free of charge.
  • Payments for servers are as follows Monthly or and yearly. should a client go over bandwidth or storage then a charge is then put into place and a notification will be sent out to client to pay the fee
  • There are no late fees on this product
  • The Service is provided to authorised persons or organisations (referred to in this document as "Subscriber" or "you"). Any use of the service is subject to any restrictions listed below. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by all of theses Terms and Policies. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Policies, you must cancel your account immediately and may not thereafter use or attempt to use the Service.
  • This TOS specifically relates to services provided by Host2Cast, and does not cover any other entity, thus meaning you are unable to claim fault of service due to a third-party.
  • Coverage - If you are an individual Subscriber, these Terms and Policies apply to all persons who gain access through your account. If you are a commercial Subscriber, these Terms and Policies apply to all your employees, agents and/or customers. In either instance, a violation of these Terms and Policies by anyone using your account will be treated as a violation by you. The Terms of Service specifically relate to services provided by Host2Cast; external matters are not at the discretion of Host2Cast.
  • Term - The Service is provided to you for as long as you wish to use it, however we withhold the right to terminate the service if you use it in a way that violates the terms of use.
  • Suspension/Termination - Host2Cast reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate any service at any time if we see fit, or if you are found to be abusing these Terms.
  • Our Staff - Our staff deserve the right to work in a safe, and non-abusive environment. As such, we kindly remind you that swearing, or being abusive towards our staff is prohibited.
  • Prices and Charges - Host2Cast provides the use of Centova Cast and other control panels to you free of charge, but if through misuse or through abuse on your part we incur any charges, we reserve the right to pass these charges on to you.
  • VAT - Host2Cast is sole Trading, a registered company in England and Wales. Our prices are inclusive of VAT.
  • Refunds - Host2Cast only allow refunds within the 7 days from order, cooling off period. The user is entitled to the whole amount that was given to Host2Cast via the selected payment method. Addon services such as extra listeners slots and port changes are not eligible for refund. Host2Cast reserves the right to deny any client a refund if these terms are violated. Host2Cast reserves the right to refuse to refund for any reason and/or waive the "cooling off period" should there be a valid reason to do so.
Web Hosting policy
  • "Hosting Services" the hosting services that we provide to our customers that have entered into a relevant agreement with us, the specification of which is as listed and updated on the Website from time to time (and which may include the standard "Host2cast Hosting" services and, if you require a higher performance, the "Host2Cast" services); "Hosting Services Fees" the fees payable to us by you for our provision to you of the Hosting Services;
  • HOSTING SERVICES FEES The Hosting Services Fees: The Hosting Services Fees are as set out on the Website at the time that you submit your Order, Payment: All payments of the Hosting Services Fees shall be made by you in accordance with the General Terms unless expressly agreed between the Parties in writing. Refund: If you are not completely happy with our provision of the Hosting Services within the first 30 days of the Order Acceptance, then you can cancel this Agreement and we will refund in full any Hosting Services Fees that you have paid to us.
